摘要
目的探讨妊娠早期母鼠接触2,3,7,8-四氯苯二噁英(TCDD)后对子代新生鼠肾的毒性影响。方法妊娠13 d的SD雌性大鼠随机分为对照组、玉米油组和染毒组(每组6只),观察3组大鼠出生3 d雌性鼠的肾细胞及其亚细胞结构差异。结果对照组子鼠和玉米油组子鼠的肾,不论是细胞结构还是亚细胞结构均未见病理改变。染毒组中,5 ng/kgTCDD的子鼠肾小管扩张,上皮细胞胞质内线粒体水肿。随着染毒剂量的加大,出现肾小囊扩大,并有血细胞漏出,肾小管上皮细胞内细胞器,尤其是线粒体结构严重破坏。结论 TCDD宫内暴露使子鼠的肾结构产生明显的病理性损伤,该损伤随着染毒剂量的增加而加重。
Objective To study toxic effect of introuterine exposure TCDD in early pregnancy on renal structure in neonatal rat.Methods The pregnant 13 d SD rats were divided into randomly comtrol,cornoil,and toxied group.The light and electron microscopy were used to observate cell and subcelluar structue of kidney in neonatal rats.Results There were no found any pathological feature in control and corn oil group rats.In toxied group,renal unit was clearly seen but renal tubule expansion and mitochondrion swelling were obviously in epithelial cells of renal tubule.As the dose toxin increase the pathological damage was obviously serious,for example,renal capsule expansion and there red blood cell leakage and serious damage mitochondrion.Conclusion The renal structure in filial rat is damaged seriously as early pregnancy of intrauterine exposure to TCDD and the damage is more obvious as the toxin dose increaseing.
