摘要
应用电生理方法,对因接触二 的21名作业工人可能出现的神经机能的改变及其所接触的化合物中二 的含量进行检测,结果显示三氯苯工段工人正中神经的传导速度比配对对照组有所降低,其差异有极显著意义(P<0.01),而五氯酚工段工人却没有明显的神经机能的改变。该结果可能与三氯苯工段二 污染较重有关。
Electrophysiologic measurements were performed to study 21 workers exposed to dioxins who might have abnormal nervous function in this report.When compared with marching controls,slowing was noticed in conduction velocities of the median nerve to the workers of trichlorobenzene(TCB)section,The difference was significant(P<0.01).But the workers of pentachlorophenol(PCP)section had not this changes of ner vous function.We considered that the changes might be caused by the higher dioxins contaminant in TCB section.
