摘要
文章回顾了"十一五"以来辽宁省果树科学研究所在科研方面取得的成绩,分析了影响科技创新能力进一步提升的主要因素,提出了创新管理理念、优化运行机制,加强学科建设、构建人才梯队,改善科研条件、建设创新平台,强化项目管理、注重成果示范推广,加强交流与合作、营造学术氛围等提高"十二五"科技创新能力的对策建议。
The achievement of agricultural scientific researches in Liaoning Pomology Research Institute in ＂the 1 lth Five-year Plan＂ Period were reviewed in the paper. Main factors influencing further enhancement of scientific and technological innovation ability were analyzed. Countermeasures for improving science and technology innovation ability in ＂the 12th Five-year Plan＂ Period were put forward, i.e., innovating the management concept, optimizing operation mechanism, strengthening discipline construction, building qualified personnel team, improving the scientific research conditions, constructing innovation platform, strengthening project management, paying attention to the demonstration and extension of achievements, strengthening exchanges and cooperation, and building academic atmosphere.
