摘要
岗位设置和管理是事业单位人事制度改革的主要内容和目标。文章概述岗位设置与管理,从组织特征、配套政策、工资分配现状等角度分析了科研事业单位岗位设置过程中存在的问题和难点,通过细化岗位说明书和使用岗位等级评定办法来形成科学合理的岗位设置方案,通过岗位聘用、聘后管理和岗位培训来完善岗位设定后的岗位管理制度。
The setting up and management of post are primary coverage and the goal of reform of the institution personnel system. These were discussed in the paper from such angles as organization characteristics, related policy and wages distribution, etc. Problems and difficulties in the process of post assignment at present were analyzed. It was pointed out that proper post establishment could be achieved by the refinement of post instruction booklet and the use of post rank evaluation, and the post management be perfected by post monitor system which consist of post assignment, management and training after going to the post.
