摘要
研究了热处理制度对准350 mm的TC4大棒材组织和性能的影响。结果表明:TC4大棒材热处理后的显微组织为等轴α+β转;等轴α相呈椭球状和短棒状,β转呈条状,且等轴α相与β转交错分布。随着退火温度的升高,等轴α相和β转尺寸减小,均匀化程度增强。同时,室温强度和断裂韧性逐渐升高。
The effects of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC4 alloy big bar(?准350 mm) is researched.The results show that a uniformed bimodal microstructure of equiaxed alpha phase and beta phase is found.Equiaxed alpha phase is shape of ellipsoid or short rod.Beta phase is lath.The size of alpha phase and beta phase reduces,and the uniform of alpha phase and beta phase enhances with the increase of annealing temperature,while tensile strength and fracture toughness at room temperature increase with the increase of annealing temperature.
