摘要
对经过5道次轧制得到的TC4钛合金管材进行不同温度的退火处理,研究退火温度对冷轧TC4钛合金管材组织和性能的影响;并对管材进行显微组织观察和力学性能测试。研究发现,管材经不同温度退火后,得到的再结晶组织有明显的差别。力学性能测试结果显示,经920℃退火保温1 h炉冷至500℃,空冷至室温后得到的管材的综合力学性能最佳。
TC4 titanium alloy tube was annealed at different temperature. The effects of annealing temperature on the microstructure and properties of TC4 titanium alloy tube were studied. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the tube were tested. The results show that there are obvious difference of the recrystallized structure of the tube after annealed at different temperature. The tube exhibits optimum mechanical properties when annealed at 920 ℃ for 1 h, furnace cooling to 500℃, and then air cooling to room temperature.
