摘要
在铁液中加入少量Ni、Cu、Mo合金元素 ,将试样在 90 0℃从铸型中取出 ,喷雾冷却至贝氏体转变区 ,采用草木灰保温 ,成功得到了铸态奥 贝球铁。
A series of iron samples have been got by adding a little of Ni, Cu and Mo in iron melt. Then the sample is taken out from the mold at 900℃, spray cooled to bainite transformation range, and kept warm with plant ash. Finally the as cast austenite bainite ductile irons can be successfully obtained.
