基于实际井眼轨迹的盐膏层套管柱强度设计与校核方法 被引量:2

DESIGN AND CHECKING METHOD OF CASING STRING STRENGTH IN SALT-GYPSUM FORMATION BASED ON ACTUAL WELL PATH

摘要 根据实测井眼轨迹数据,描述了实际井眼轨迹的三维空间特征,利用微元法分析了复杂井眼轨迹下套管柱的受力特征。利用ANSYS10.0建立有限元模型,分析了盐膏层非均匀地应力作用下套管在井眼中的偏心距及偏心方位角对套管所受应力分布的影响。在此基础上,利用Visual Basic6.0语言编制了相应的套管柱强度设计与校核软件。软件对塔里木英买力地区几口井原有的套管设计进行了校核,验证了软件的正确性,解释了英买力地区几口井在盐膏层段发生套管复杂变形的原因。 Based on the actual measured data,the tree-dimension characteristics of actual well path were described.The stress characteristics of casing string in complex well track were analyzed by using differential element method.The finite element model was established to analyze stress distribution of casing under non-uniform earth stress in salt-gypsum formation,which considering the influence of eccentric distance and eccentric azimuth.On this basis,the software for strength design and check system of casing string was developed.By checking the original designed casing string in Yingmaili of Tarim oilfield,the correction of the software was proved and the mechanism of casing deformation in salt-gypsum formation in Yingmaili Area was explained.
