G8315从湿法炼锌沉矾后液中萃取锗(Ⅳ)的性能研究 被引量:9

Study on Extracting Ge(Ⅳ) from the Acid Leach Liquor after Zinc Hydrometallurgy and V Precipitation by G8315

摘要 对新型萃取剂G8315从湿法冶金系统的含锗沉矾后液中萃取回收锗的性能进行了研究。结果表明,有机相中G8315的浓度、相比、萃取时间、沉矾液中硫酸浓度等因素对锗的萃取都有显著的影响。常温下萃取工艺条件为:G8315的浓度(体积分数)为10%,相比O∶A=1∶2,料液的硫酸浓度为45 g/L,萃取时间为3 min。在此条件下进行单级萃取,锗的萃取率为83.46%;反萃的最佳条件为:氢氧化钠的浓度为6 mol/L,相比为O∶A=2∶1,反萃时间为2 min,在此条件下进行两级错流反萃,锗的反萃率高达96.5%。 Study was carried out on the properties of extracting Ge from acid leach liquor after Jarosite process by a novel extractant G8315. The results showed that factors such as concentration of extractant G8315 in organic phase, phase ratio, extraction time and sulphuric acid concentration in V precipitation liquor had significant effect on Ge extraction. The extraction processing conditions under normal temperature were that the concentration( volume fraction) of G8315 was 10%, volume phase ratio O: A was 1: 2, sulphuric acid concentration of the feed liquor was 45 g/L and extraction time was 3 min. Under these conditions the extraction yield of Ge was 83.46% by single-stage extraction. The optimum conditions of back extraction were that the concentration of NaOH was 6 mol/L, phase ratio O: A was 2:1 and back extraction time was 2 min. Under these conditions the back extraction yield of Ge was up to 96.5 % by two-stage cross-flow back extraction.
