P204萃取法对锂云母浸出液的除杂效果研究 被引量:2

Study on Impurity Removal Efficiency of the Extraction Process with P204 from Lepidolite Leaching Solution

摘要 选用P204-磺化煤油体系萃取锂云母浸出液中的杂质Al、Fe、Mn,以分离出主金属Li;研究了相比、萃取剂浓度、水相初始pH值及萃取平衡时间对Al、Fe、Mn萃取率的影响,并确定了最佳萃取工艺条件:P204浓度1.5mol/L、相比1/1、水相初始pH值2.5、萃取平衡时间18min。在此条件下通过单级萃取,Al、Fe、Mn的萃取率分别可达99.1%、99.3%和99.0%,同时Li仅损失6.9%,达到了Al、Fe、Mn与Li的最佳分离效果。 P204-sulphonated kerosene system was used to extract A1,Fe and Mn impurities from lepidolite leaching solution to separate the main metal Li. Influences were investigated of phase ratio, extractant con- centration,initial water phase pH value and extraction time on A1,Fe and Mn extraction rates. The optimal extraction technical conditions were determined as follows:P204 concentration of 1.5 tool/L, phase ratio of 1/1 ,initial water phase pH value of 2.5 ,and extraction time of 18 min. Under the above conditions and by single-stage extraction, the extraction rates of AI,Fe and Mn are 99.1 %,99.3% and 99.0%, respectively, only with lithium loss of 6. 9%. The optimum separation are realized of aluminum, iron and manganese from lithium.
