摘要
洪水资源化利用是发挥洪水资源特性,缓解水资源短缺,减少水旱灾害损失,实现水资源可持续开发利用的重要措施。针对隆德县七大流域的自然地理、水系、暴雨洪水特性及现有防洪工程体系特点、水资源利用现状,提出了洪水资源安全利用的方向及途径。
Resource utilization of floods is an important measure to exert the flood resource features,relief water resource shortage,reduce the cost of flood and drought damages and realize the sustainable development and utilization of water resources.The paper proposes the direction and way of flood resource utilization in view of the geography,water system and rainstorm flood features of 7 great basins,as well as the existing flood control system and water resources utilization status in Longde County.
