摘要
近年来,随着我国经济社会的发展和人口急剧增加,水资源短缺日趋严重,已成为制约区域经济社会可持续发展的"瓶颈"。以河北省迁西县栗乡工业产业聚集区(东区)供水工程引滦河洪水资源为例,指出可以通过有效的方式和途径利用洪水资源,解决制约区域经济社会发展的水资源短缺问题。最后,探讨了洪水资源化在解决水资源短缺、改善地下水环境和保障经济社会可持续发展方面的重要意义。
In recent years, with the development of economy and society in our country, the rapid increase of population, water resources shortage is becoming more and more severe, which has become the bottleneck of restricting sustainable development of regional economy and society. Studied on Luan River flood water resources utilization for water supply engineering at east area in Lixiang Industrial Agglomeration of Qianxi County, pointed out that reasonable utilization of flood water resources can solve the problem of water resources shortage that is restricting sustainable development of regional economy and society, and discussed important significance of flood water resources utilization in solving Water resources shortage, improving groundwater environment and ensuring sustainable development of regional economy and society.
