摘要
目的:探讨单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病和心功能不全的临床疗效。方法:将本院2009年12月～2010年12月收治的90例冠心病和心功能不全患者,随机分为观察组60例和对照组30例,在原有治疗的基础上,对照组采用硝酸异山梨酯治疗,3次/d,观察组采用单硝酸异山梨酯治疗,2次/d,两组均以12周为1个疗程。比较两组患者的临床疗效、心绞痛发作次数、含服硝酸甘油次数。结果:观察组的临床总有效率为91.7%(55/60),显著高于对照组的76.7%(23/30),P<0.05。且观察组心绞痛发作次数、含服硝酸甘油次数显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病和心功能不全疗效确切,可明显缓解患者的症状。
Objective：To discuss the clinical curative effect of isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods：90 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were admited from December 2009 to December 2010,who were divided into the observation group 60 examples and the control group 30 examples stochastically,in the original treatment＇s foundation,the control group used the isosorbide dinitrate to treat,3 times one day,the observation group used the isosorbide mononitrate treatment,2 times one day,two groups took 12 weeks as a treatment course.Compared with two group of patient＇s clinical curative effects,the angina pectoris outbreak number of times,contains the clothing blasting oil number of times.Results：The observation group＇s clinical curative effect＇s total effectiveness was 91.7%（55/60）,which was obviously higher than the control group＇s 76.7%（23/30）,P〈0.05;the angina pectoris outbreak number of times,contains the clothing blasting oil number of times of observation group were also better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of isosorbide mononitrate treating coronary heart disease and heart failure is accurate,may alleviate patient＇s symptom obviously.
