摘要
目的分析评价单硝酸异山梨酯对冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者的治疗疗效和安全性,供临床参考使用。方法将我院2011年8月至2012年8月间收治的冠心病无明显心肌缺血症状表现的患者30例分为观察组和对照组,每组15例,在尽量保证其他治疗措施一致的基础上对观察组患者加用单硝酸异山梨酯,连续治疗72h,并每隔24h进行一次心电图检查,比较两组患者的疗效,结果做统计学分析。结果观察组治疗总有效13例,有效率86.67%;对照组治疗总有效9例,有效率60.0%;观察组疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论应用单硝酸异山梨酯治疗无症状心肌缺血性冠心病疗效优于一般治疗措施,可作为治疗无症状心肌缺血的辅助药物,值得临床进一步推广使用。
Objective To analyze the effect and safety of treating silent myocardial ischemic in coronary heart disease by isosorbide mononitrate.Methods Choose 30 patients of myocardial ischemic in coronary heart disease by isosorbide mononitrate from Aug 2011 to Aug 2012 to divide into study group and controlled group with 15 cases in each other.These two groups received rutine treatment,and study group were treated with isosorbide mononitrate added for 72 hours.Did an electrocardiogram test every 24h and compared the effect.Results There were 13 cases curative in study group,the effective rate was 86.87%.There were 9 cases curative in controlled group,the effective rate was 60.0%.There was significant difference in these two groups.Conclusion Application of isosorbide mononitrate to treat asymptomatic myocardial ischemic coronary heart disease is better than general treatment measures,and can be used for treatment of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia auxiliary drug;it is worth clinical to further promote the use.
