摘要
目的:探讨布地奈德/福莫特罗吸入剂吸入治疗对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者生活质量的影响。方法:确诊的72例COPD老年患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组36例,治疗组予以布地奈德/福莫特罗吸入剂吸入治疗,对照组不进行特殊治疗,均对其进行健康教育,6个月后,对患者肺功能、不良反应的统计分析。结果:治疗前两组间FEV1、FEV1/FVC及FEV1占预计值(%)值无明显差异,治疗组治疗后FEV1、FEV1/FVC及FEV1占预计值(%)值较治疗前均升高,较对照组治疗后各项值也较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后无明显差异(P>0.05);两组不良反应无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德/福莫特罗吸入剂应用于老年COPD患者,可改善肺功能,提高生活质量,降低不良反应,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective： To investigate the influence of budesonide/formoterol inhaled dose inhalation therapy for elderly patients with stable COPD quality of life. Methods： 72 patients with COPD diagnosed elderly patients were randomly divided into treatment group （36 cases） and control group （36 cases）, the treatment group to budesonide/formoterol inhaler inhalation treatment, control group without specific treatment, health education were given all the elderly patients, six months later, on pulmonary function, statistical analysis of adverse reactions. Results： Before treatment between the two groups FEV1, FEV1/FVC and FEV1% predicted （%） value had no significant difference after treatment, FEV1, FEV1/FVC and FEV1% predicted （%） values were higher than before treatment, the control group after treatment compared with values greater significant difference （P0.05）, in the control group showed no significant difference （P0.05）; two groups had no significant difference in adverse events （P0.05）. Conclusion： Budesonide/formoterol inhaler in elderly patients with COPD can improve lung function, quality of life, reduce adverse reactions, is worthy of extensive promotion.
