摘要
目的探讨异丙托溴铵与布地奈德/福莫特罗联合治疗COPD稳定期临床效果。方法选择80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予异丙托溴铵与布地奈德/福莫特罗联合治疗,对照组给予布地奈德/福莫特罗联合治疗。观察组治疗前后肺功能改变情况。结果观察组治疗后用力肺活量、第一秒用力呼气容积、第一秒用力呼气量预计值的百分比分别与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异丙托溴铵与布地奈德/福莫特罗联合治疗能够显著改善稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能,治疗效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide/formoterol on stabilization COPD.Methods Eighty cases with stabilization COPD were selected and divided into two groups,observation group and control group.budesonide/formoterol was given to observation group,ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide/formoterol was given to observation group.the lung function was detected befor and after treatment.Results The forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second,forced expiratory volume in the first second of predicted percentage in observation group after treatment compared with those in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions Ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide/formoterol can improve the lung function of the patients with stabilization COPD,the clinical efficacy is significant.
