摘要
面对国家经费投入不足、医疗教学任务重、市场经济环境下个人价值观发生变化及医院发展自身存在的问题,采取给科研人员减负、加强人才培养、建立专职科研人员队伍、加大科研投入及科研奖励、注重平台建设及实施科研绩效考核评估等应对策略,实现高校附属医院科研的可持续性良好发展。
The author listed the main problems which affiliated hospital was facing,such as the insufficiency of national government funds input,heavy medical and teaching duty,individual values changing under the market economy and the own correlated factors.Corresponding strategies were put forward to promote the sustainable development of hospitals affiliated to university,which included alleviating burdens for the scientific researcher,strengthening the personnel training,building up the scientific researching team,increasing investment in scientific research and reward,focusing more on platform construction,assessing scientific research achievements and so on.
