摘要
建立科学有效的科技人才绩效评价指标体系对于引导科研工作健康发展、调动科技人员的积极性至关重要。文章以提高科技人才科研积极性、促进科研活动及人才的可持续发展为目的,从科研项目、科研成果、学术活动以及实验室及学科建设入手,探讨医学科技人才科研绩效量化评价指标体系。
It is critically important to set up a scientificand effective index system for evaluating the achievementsof medical talentsin that it will not only direct the healthy development of scientificresearch but stimulate the initiativeof technical personnel. This article aims to inspire the technical personnelwith enthusiasmfor scientificresearch, and promote scientificactivities and sustained development of talents. Beginning with projects and achievementsin scientific research, academic activities and the construction of laboratory and disciplines, the paper discusses the index system for evaluating the achievementsof medical talents in scientific research.
