摘要
目的实施绩效管理,全面调动临床科室的积极性、主动性和创造性,不断提高军队医院的核心竞争力。方法根据医院的总体目标和各层面所要达到的管理目的 ,建立种绩效评价指标体系,并通过组织专家评审和分析历年客观数据相结合的方式修正指标。结果测评结果基本满足了医院实施绩效管理的要求。结论该评价指标体系对军队医院的可持续发展具有一定的导向性。
Objective To implement performance management,and to mobilize clinic department positivity,initiative,and creativity,so as to raise the hospital's core competence.Methods An index system on clinic department assessment was established and revised through experts examination based on the analysis of the hospital's actual data in the past years.Results The survey showed it basically satisfied the request of implementing performance management.Conclusion The index system could lead to the hospital's sustainable development.
