摘要
在我国事业单位进行绩效改革的大背景下,分析了我国公立医院绩效考核和分配中存在的问题,并结合国外医院绩效考核的侧重点,提出了几点思考,为我国公立医院的绩效改革献计献策。
With the background of the performance reform in public institutions,the writer analyzes the existing problems in the performance evaluation and allocation in public hospitals and offers several points for consideration by consulting the emphasis on the performance evaluation in foreign hospitals,which serves as the chance for the hospitals to contribute ideas and exert efforts for the performance reform.
