摘要
本文结合军区医院开展为部队优质服务活动的实践,提出把培养优良作风、练就优良技术为重点,以部队官兵和离退休干部满意为目标的工作思路,目的是建立符合时代特点和科学发展要求、具有长久效力机制,推进军队医院为部队服务制度化、规范化。
Combining with the practice in Jinan military command area,the author pointed out the new service mode of serving the army in military hospital.Firstly,cultivating fine style of work,and training skilled technique.Secondly,taking satisfying the military staff and cadres as work objective.All these measures were aimed at establish timely,scientific,and long-effectiveness work mechanism,so as to promote the normalization of serving the army in military hospital.
