摘要
为做好老干部服务工作,医院通过优化院内服务程序、拓展院外保障范围、改善保障硬件条件,取得很好效果。本文对为老干部服务采取的方法和措施进行总结,为新形势下老干部医务保障工作提供思路和路径。
To improve the service support of the aged cadres,the service process was optimized,the support area was enlarged,and the support conditions were perfected.These measures were summarized which will provide references of the work to serve the aged cadres.
