摘要
目的结合军队医院宗旨,不断提升科室"为兵服务"质量。方法通过制定"为兵服务"指标并设定权重值对科室服务质量进行跟踪绩效考核。结果通过全面的数据跟踪、监控、考核和客观评价,科室的服务意识有明显的提升,为兵服务满意度达到了98%。结论基于"为兵服务"为核心的跟踪绩效管理有利于军队医院更好地履行使命,提高服务水平。
Objective Combined with the army hospital tenet,and constantly improving the quality of serving for the soldiers.Methods Through establishing serving for the soldiers indicators and enactment right weight value,track performance evaluation department service quality.Results Through the comprehensive data tracking and monitoring,assessment and objective evaluation,consciousness of service for soldiers has been improved distinctly, and the satisfaction of serving for soldiers has reached 98%.Conclusion The tracking performance management based on the orientation of serving for the soldiers is helpful to perform military hospital mission and improve service levels better.
