摘要
作为人类社会两种典型的组织形式,行政组织和企业组织虽然存在着本质的差异,但在有效激励员工、提高组织效率这一点上,二者有着同样的目标。本文从行政组织和企业组织的激励概念入手,归纳总结了行政组织和企业组织激励机制的内容,分析了各自存在的问题以及存在问题的原因,并在此基础上比较了行政组织和企业组织激励机制的共性和差异性,最后提出了行政组织激励机制向企业组织激励机制借鉴的内容。
As two typical organization forms of human society,the administrative organization and enterprise organization are essentially different,but in taking effective incentive toward employees and improving the organizational efficiency,both,in this point,have the same goal.This paper,from the administrative organization and enterprise organization incentive concept,summarizes the contents of both incentive mechanisms,analyzes their problems and causes,and on the basis of the comparison of the similarity and difference of both incentive mechanisms,it finally puts forward the content of incentive mechanism that the administrative organization should learn from the enterprise organization.
