钛合金的电火花加工技术及最新研究进展 被引量:22

摘要 钛合金因其比强度高、耐腐蚀、高温力学性能优异,以及生物相容性好等特点,被广泛地应用于海洋开发、航空航天、化学及生物医学等诸多领域中。但钛合金属于难切削材料,因此研究钛合金的电火花加工具有重要意义。从钛合金电火花成型、钛合金电火花线切割和钛合金电火花强化三个方面综述钛合金电火花加工的技术特点及最新研究进展,并指出了钛合金电火花加工的发展方向,为钛合金电火花加工的深入研究提供参考。 Ti6Al4V alloy is an important material in modern industry.Its exceptional properties,such as high strength-weight ratio,high temperature stability and outstanding corrosion resistance,make it widely used in the oceaneering,aerospace,automobile,chemical and biomedical fields.However,poor machinability using the traditional mechanical cutting process results in high tooling costs.Therefore,nontraditional machining methods,such as Electrical Discharge Machining(EDM) have been explored to machine this alloy.The technology characteristic and up-to-date development of Ti alloy machined by die-sinking EDM,wire EDM,Electron-Spark Deposition(ESD) technology are introduced,some suggestions are proposed,which are the important reference for the future's deep research.
