摘要
目的观察灯笼草对小鼠消化道过敏反应的影响,探寻用于防治儿童食物过敏的有效药物。方法建立小鼠肠道致敏模型,灌服不同浓度的灯笼草水提物,观察各组小鼠肥大细胞完整率,血清IgE和ALT水平,IL-5和IFN-γ的变化。结果预防组的IgE、ALT、IL-5、IFN-γ水平,均明显低于模型组,肥大细胞完整率明显高于模型组;预防组的IgE、IL-5、IFN-γ水平,在数值上优于相同浓度治疗组;各个指标在预防组与治疗组之间,均未见显著性差异。结论灯笼草对小鼠肠道过敏具有明显地调节和缓解作用,但不能完全预防消化道的过敏反应;灯笼草可能是用于预防和治疗儿童食物过敏的有效药物,具有较高的临床研究价值。
Objective To observe the Physalis peruviana curative effects on the intestinal tract allergic reaction of the sensitized mice,to study the efficient drugs for preventing and treatment the children food allergy.Methods The allergic mice models were established,and were perfused with different consistencies of Physalis peruviana water extract.Then observe the changes of the intestine epithelia,the percentage of the integral mast cells and masculine IgE,ALT,IL-5,IFN-γ.Results In prevention groups IgE,ALT,IL-5 and IFN-γ the content is lower than the stimulate groups obviously,the mast cell percentage reduced obviously.The high,middle Physalis peruviana prevention group's IgE,ALT,IL-5 and IFN-γ observation targets,and so on,are lower than the stimulate groups obviously.Each observation index had no significant difference between prevention group andtreatment group.Conclusion Physalis peruviana had obvious adjustment and the alleviation function to the food allergy,but could not prevent mouse's intestinal tract allergic reaction completely.Physalis peruviana may be used in preventing and controlling the child food allergy,and had a high clinical research value.
