内镜及CT检查术前诊断胃肠间质瘤价值 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨电子内镜、超声内镜及CT检查对胃肠间质瘤的术前诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术组织病理证实的105例胃肠间质瘤患者电子内镜、超声内镜及CT检查影像资料。结果 75例行电子内镜检查,诊断符合38例,符合率50.7%;47例行超声内镜检查,诊断符合43例,符合率91.5%;64例行CT平扫及增强扫描,诊断符合29例,符合率45.3%;超声内镜诊断符合率高于电子内镜(χ2=21.580,P=0.000)及CT检查(χ2=25.354,P=0.000)。结论电子内镜、超声内镜及CT检查均可对胃肠间质瘤作出较准确初步诊断,超声内镜诊断准确率较高。
