摘要
目的:探讨结肠低张气钡双重造影对结肠病变的临床诊断价值分析。材料与方法:分析我院2012年1月至2014年7月收治的60例疑似结肠病变患者的低张气钡双重造影及结肠CT检查资料,检查结果均通过手术或病理进行证实,对两种诊断方式的符合率进行比较和分析。结果:结肠低张气钡双重造影及结肠CT病变诊断率为88.57%VS51.67%(χ2=23.809,p=0.000),检查阳性率为51.67%VS18.33%(χ2=14.6520,p=0.000),漏诊率为11.43%VS 68.57%(χ2=23.809,p=0.000),结肠低张气钡造影诊断效果显著优于结肠CT。结论:结肠低张气钡双重造影可清楚显现结肠病变,值得临床推广使用。
Purpose： To investigate the value of applying 80omA digital gastrointestinal machine for the diagnosis of colon hypotonic air barium double contrast, analysis of early coloniclesions in patients with clinical diagnosis value. Materials and Methods： In our hospital from 2012 January to 2014 July were treated 60 cases of patients with suspected colonic lesions respectively by DCBE and colonic CT diagnosis, examination results were confirmed by operation or pathology, two kinds ofdi- agnostic methods with the comparison and analysis of rate. Conclusion： Colonic DCBE can clearly show the colonic lesions, is worthy of clinical use.
