PET飞行时间技术的现状和再认识 被引量:11

摘要 PET和PET/CT在肿瘤、心血管及神经系统等领域发挥的作用越来越显著,但目前PET图像的分辨率还不能满足所有临床诊断和基础研究的需要,即使微型(动物)PET(micro—PET,mPET)系统的空间图像分辨率也未真正达到亚毫米水平,低于CT、MR和超声等影像设备。这一不足不但影响对小病变的探测,而且影响与CT、MR融合影像的质量,尤其不利于对神经系统疾病的诊断。如何在提高PET图像空间分辨率的同时保证理想的系统灵敏度,
