摘要
PET -CT技术是近年来迅速发展并获得广泛认同的医学影像诊断技术。它将正电子发射断层显像 (PET)技术和计算机断层摄影术 (CT)组合到同一设备上 ,将前者功能代谢显像的优势与后者解剖形态显示的优势结合在一起 ,从而使对病变的定位和定性诊断都更加准确。本文在介绍PET与CT结合意义的基础上 ,简单回顾PET -CT的发展过程 ,介绍现有商品化PET -CT的主要设计特点 ,分析其主要设计参数 ,并展望其未来的发展趋势。
