聚羟基脂肪酸酯多孔微球的制备及扫描电镜观察

摘要 聚羟基脂肪酸酯材料是一种具有良好生物相容性和生物可降解性的生物材料,可用于制备成各种不同形式的多孔支架运用于组织工程。本文用碳酸氢铵为气体致孔剂,采用双乳液溶剂挥发法,制备出多孔的聚羟基脂肪酸酯膜和微球,并通过扫描电子显微镜对这两种多孔材料的表面和剖面结构进行观察,探讨不同的制备条件对多孔材料的影响。 Objective Polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHA) is a biomaterial with good biodegradability and biocompatibility,and is prepared into different forms of scaffold and applied in tissue engineering.To fabricate porous PHA microspheres through a modified water-in-oil-in-water(W1/O/W2) double emulsion solvent evaporation method with ammonium bicarbonate,and to analyze the influence of different factors through detecting their surface and section structure by scanning electron microscopy.
