摘要
目的总结196例脑积水患者的侧脑室-腹腔分流术手术经验及术后并发症防治体会。方法对196例脑积水患者行侧脑室-腹腔分流术治疗的疗效及术后并发症情况进行回顾性分析,提出改进措施。结果患者大多获得良好疗效,共发生各种并发症12例。结论侧脑室-腹腔分流术是治疗脑积水的有效方法,提高手术技术及术后护理水平可减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To study the operation experience,confer prevention and cure of complication of 196 hydrocephalus patients.Methods To bring up improvement,through summarized and analyzed operation therapeutic effect and complication of 196 hydrocephalus patients,who had ventriculo peritoneal shunt operation therapy.Results Most of patients obtain well recovery;12 patients obtained complitations.Conclusion Ventriculo peritoneal shunt operation were an effective therapy for hydrocephalus patients,improvement of operation and nursing can reduce complitations.
