摘要
报告6年来采用 VPS 治疗25例 NTAHC。年龄18～55岁,平均34.5岁,男16、女9例。均采用硅橡胶脑室-腹腔分流装置行分流术,21例(84%)获恢复效果,仅1例 Wernick's 脑病患者于术后第52天因肺部感染死亡。作者认为,对各种原因所致的成人脑积水,均可考虑以本法治疗。这是因为该手术较之其它类型手术(如脑室-心房分流术等)更易于操作,且并发症少。
Ventriculoperitoneal shunt opration were perfor-med in 25 adults with nontumorouds hydrocephalusin recent six years.All were treated with asilicone ventriculoperitoneal shunting device.Themean age of the patients was 34.6 years,theyoungest being 18 and the oldest 55.There were16 males and 9 females.Twenty-ons patients(84%)showed a satisfactory recovery and only one patientwith Wernicke's encephalpathy died due to lunginfection 52 days after operation The operation arequit simple and less complication.So the authorsadvocated that this shunt should be considered inadults with hydrocephalus in various cause.
