摘要
目的：提高脑室－腹腔分流术的治疗水平，减少并发症的发生。方法：报告１４例并发症，并结合文献进行讨论。结果：主要并发症是分流管梗阻和感染，其它可出现脑出血、癫痫、脑疝、导管脱出等。结论：脑室－腹腔分流术的并发症率较高，需重视手术适应证的选择。
Objective:To improve surgical outcome of V P shunt and to reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications. Methods:14 cases of postoperative complications were analyzed and discussed and the literature was reviewed. Results:The main complications were obstruction of the catheter and infection. Others were intracranial hemorrhage, epilepsy, brain herniation. Conclusion:The incidence of postoperative complication of V P shunt remains high and we have to pay attention to the selection of indications, surgical skills and postoperative care.
