急性ST段抬高心肌梗死患者超敏C-反应蛋白与心功能的关系

摘要 目的探讨急性ST段抬高心肌梗死患者超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与心功能的相关性。方法对45例急性ST段抬高心肌梗死患者行冠状动脉造影,对造影结果采用Gensini积分定量评价冠状动脉血管病变程度;常规测定术前与术后血清hs-CRP、血脂、血糖、尿酸和体重指数。组间比较采用t检验,以Gensini积分与危险因素行多因素逐步回归分析。结果冠状动脉支架术前与术后的血清hs-CRP浓度比较,差异有统计学意义[(3.65±1.16)mg/L与(4.57±1.36)mg/L,t=3.73,P=0.03]。Gensini积分与术前、术后的hs-CRP呈正相关,偏相关系数分别为r=0.723、0.678(P均〈0.05)。结论急性ST段抬高心肌梗死患者hs.CRP越明显其梗死越严重,心功能越差。
