无症状性脑梗死患者血清高敏C-反应蛋白水平的变化及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨无症状性脑梗死(SBI)患者血清高敏CRP(hs—cRP)水平的变化及其在发病机制中的作用。方法分别检测40例SBI患者(SBI组)、40例脑梗死(CI)患者(CI组)、40例健康体检正常者(健康对照组)血清hs-CRP水平。结果SBI组和CI组血清hs-CRP水平显著高于健康对照组(|P〈0.01);CI组的血清hs-CRP水平亦显著高于SBI组(P〈0.05)。36例合并高血压的SBI患者中,梗死灶2个以上者血清hs-CRP水平显著高于梗死灶1—2个者(|P〈0.05),且未服降压药者较多(14/19)。结论炎性反应过程参与了脑的小血管病变;hs-CRP水平与脑的小血管病变范围密切相关。未降压治疗的重度高血压更易引起多发性腔隙性脑梗死。
