摘要
护理人才流失会影响医疗质量和安全。组织情境因素(角色压力、组织承诺、组织公平、组织支持感)是导致人才流失的根本原因。作者从待遇留人、制度留人、事业留人、感情留人、文化留人、环境留人6个方面综述护理人才流失的对策。
The nursing talent loss can influence the medical quality and safety. Organizational scene factors (role stress, organizational commitment, organizational justice, organizational support) were root reasons causing the talent loss. The article reviewed the countermeasures of nursing talent loss from aspects of keeping people in salary, system, career, emotion, culture and environment.
