介绍了护士职业价值观与护理工作的关系,从医院管理部门、科室管理及护士自身学习、新护士岗前教育方面,来培养护士正确的职业价值观。
It introduced the relation between occupational value and nursing work.Correct occupational value of nurses should be trained from aspects of hospital administration department,department management,self-learning of nurses and pre-job education of new nurses.
