摘要
介绍了一种光纤耦合输出半导体激光器的可靠性测试系统。该系统基于电导数原理,能够对光纤耦合输出半导体激光器的主要光电参数、电导数曲线以及电导数参数进行快速无损检测,具有体积小、成本低等优点。
A reliability test system for fiber-coupled semiconductor lasers is described. The system is based on electrical derivative. and is able to give the main optical parameters, electrical derivative curves, electrical derivative parameters rapidly and non-destructively. The system has advantages of small size and low cost.
