摘要
介绍了自顶向下设计方法的基本概念及技术特点,以Pro/E三维设计软件为平台,55ZJC型支架搬运车为研究对象,采用以"顶层骨架法"为核心的自顶向下方法完成了支架搬运车三维总体设计,分析了关键部件自顶向下开展机械结构设计过程。复杂机械系统采用自顶向下方法进行设计提高了设计效率和产品质量。
Fundamental conception and technical feature of top-down design is introduced,top basic skeleton technology is used to establish the three-dimension mechanical structure of 55ZJC type shield hauler based on Pro/Engineer software.Design process of mechanical structure of key parts is analyzed based on method of top-down design.Design efficiency and product quality could be improved by the application of top-down method in complex system.
