摘要
抑菌测定结果表明,解淀粉芽胞杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)WH1发酵液室内抑菌培养72 h,抑菌率为100%,培养96h,抑菌率为83.2%。田间试验结果表明,第一次药后15 d防效为74.4%,末次药后15 d防效为53.5%,与对照化学药剂差异性显著。
The effect of bacterial liquid of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens on oil camellia anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were studied.The results of inhibition test showed that B.amyloliquefaciens WH1 had 100% of bacterial inhibition rate at 72 hours,and 83.2% at 96 hours.The results of field experiment showed that the control efficiency was 74.4% after 15 days of first application of bacterial liquid,and 53.5% after 15 days of last application,which was significantly different from that of chemical agent.
