摘要 背景:随着生物技术的发展,使用骨髓间充质干细胞修复心肌梗死后或者心肌肥厚心肌组织的电生理学成为当今研究热点。目的:概述骨髓间充质干细胞向心肌细胞诱导分化移植后的电生理特征的研究进展。方法:应用计算机检索 PubMed 数据库,Springer Link 数据库,Science Direct 数据库,CNKI 数据库 2000-01/2010-10 文献,检索词分别为"bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, cardiac/heart, electrophysiology/electrophysiological characteristics"和"骨髓间充质干细胞,心脏,电生理"。选择骨髓间充质干细胞向心肌细胞诱导分化移植后的电生理特征的文章,无论观察对象是人或者动物均纳入检索标准。排除重复研究或 Meta分析类文章。结果与结论:收集到 208 篇相关文献,排除162 篇不符合标准的文献,共纳入 46 篇符合标准的文献。经分析得出以下结论:骨髓间充质干细胞诱导分化移植后,在动物试验模型中和心肌梗死或心肌肥厚的患者中均可有效的改善心功能,为心肌病的临床治疗提供了崭新的策略。而移植后所生成的心肌样细胞在改善心脏功能的同时,对心脏电生理也产生了一定的影响。 BACKGROUND: With the development of biotechnology, the electrophysiology of repairing heart tissues of myocardial infarction or myocardial hypertrophy by using bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell has become a hot spot. OBJECTIVE: To overview the research progress of cardiac electrophysiological characteristics after transplantation of induced differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into cardiomyocytes. METHODS: The databases of PubMed, Springer Link, Science Direct and CNKI were retrieved for papers published from January 2000 to October 2010 with the Keywords of "bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, cardiac/heart, electrophysiology/electrophysiological characteristics". The relevant articles concerning cardiac electrophysiological characteristics of induce differentiation and transplantation of bone marrow stem cells were collected. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Totally 208 papers have been searched. Preliminary screening by reading abstracts to exclude 162 papers that study purpose do not coincident with this review either contents duplicated, and internalized 46 papers at last. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells after induced differentiation and transplantation could improve heart function of animal experimental model and myocardial infarction or myocardial hypertrophy patients. Although the cardiomyocyte-like cells from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells could help to improve heart function, the cardiac electrophysiological characteristics may be influenced by them.
