摘要
近年来,北京市城区局地性、短历时、冲击型暴雨对雨水排水系统、防洪除涝和雨水利用工作提出了新的挑战。通过总结北京城市雨水利用的现状和存在问题,参考国外的先进经验,指出了北京城市雨水利用发展的方向:建立精细化、智能化、高效率、高水平的城市雨水管理体系,并以此为基础,最大限度地消除城市暴雨内涝,安全利用雨水。
In recent years,the characteristics of small range,short duration,strong impact storm in Beijing urban areas has made a new challenge in drainage system,flood control and rainwater utilization.The status and problems of Beijing urban rainwater utilization is summarized in the paper,with reference to foreign advanced experience,the development direction and idea of rainfall collection and utilization in Beijing urban areas is proposed.Which is to built up a elaborate and intelligent urban storm water management system with high level of decision making support and high efficiency,to maximize the elimination of urban storm water logging and utilize more rainwater safely.
