摘要
我国卫生法学专业人才的培养历史已逾15年之久,在教学上积累了一些经验,在科研上取得了一些成果,但与当前的社会需求和社会预期仍有不小的差距。在新的历史时期,卫生法学教学欲想从根本上改变这一局面,就必须实现五个方面的蜕变,即教学实体由法学教研室转变为专门的法学系(院),教学思想由学科之现状提升到部门法之高度,教学师资由法学专才跨越到医法复合型人才,教学方式由理论灌输型教学转变为面向实践型教学,教学计划由课程"叠加型"转变为课程"融合型"。
Cultivation of talents of health law science has experienced more than fifteen years in China. We have accumulated mastered some experience during this process and made some research achievements, but there is still a large gap between the reality and social need. In the new historical period, in order to reverse the tide, we desiderate five tremendous changes in specialized teaching of science of health law ： the teaching body should be changed from the teaching and research section to department or school, the teaching ideology should be elevated from the discipline to law of department, the teaching staff should be changed from special ized law talents to compound medical and law talents, the teaching method should be changed from theory teaching to practice-oriented teaching, and the teaching plan should be changed from courses piled up to course integration.
