摘要
RB功能是大容量、高参数火电机组在高度自动化运行方式下的重要安全保障,本文分析了成功运用于660MW超超临界机组的RB功能控制策略。试验证明,这种控制策略控制品质良好,可以在无运行人员的干预下,把机组自动、快速、平稳地下降到运行辅机所能承受的最大负荷上,增强了机组运行的安全性、稳定性、经济性,为同类660MW超超临界机组RB投入提供了实际数据和理论参考。
RB is a function that can effectively guarantee the safety control of the high automation of thermal power unit with large capacity and high parameter. This thesis analysis RB function's control strategy for 660MW ultra supercritical thermal power unit. It has been proofed by experiments that this is a kind of control strategy with good quality, can automatically, quickly and steadily descend itself to the maximum capacity limits needed for the operation of auxiliaries equipment, without any manual operation. This control strategy is not only economical for the costs, but also can strengthen the safety and steadiness of the operation of thermal power unit. Meanwhile, it provides convinciing data and theory support for the applying RB function in similar 660MW ultra supercritical thermal power unit.
