摘要
APS是火电机组高度自动化的控制系统,采用先进的控制策略,能识别机组和设备的运行状态。APS按照预设的运行曲线控制设备,使机组运行最优化,从而全面提高了电厂自动化运行水平,确保机组的安全、经济运行。立足于对APS的实际应用及前期研究,分析了现有APS存在的不足,结合电厂工艺特色、运行方式提出了APS的解决方案,着重阐述了关键技术路线。
APS is a highly automated control system for thermal power generating units. It adopts advanced control strategy and can recognize running state of units and equipment. APS controls the equipment in ac- cordance with the preset operation curve to optimize units operation so as to improve automated operation of power plant and ensure safe and economic operation of units. On the basis of application of APS and research in early days, the paper analyzes disadvantages of existing APS; in combination with technique characteris- tics of power plants and operation modes, the solutions to APS are proposed and key technical lines are ex- pounded.
