摘要 针对某电厂长期在非设计煤种下运行,严重影响锅炉安全经济运行的问题,在5种常用煤种组合的情况下,运用正交试验法,通过燃烧调整试验和校核试验,分析了锅炉在不同煤种组合下的运行特性,找出了不同因素对锅炉主要性能参数的影响程度,确定了适合锅炉燃烧的煤种组合和最佳运行方式,有效地提高了锅炉运行的安全性、经济性和锅炉效率。 On account of the problem that safe and economic operation of the boiler is seriously influenced under the circumstances of off-design coal in a power plant. Under the circumstances of five common coals combination, it applies the orthogonal design methodology, by means of the combustion adjustment test and check test analyzes the characteristics of operation of the boiler under different coal combinations, finds out the influenced degree of the main characteristics of the boiler which is brought by different factors, determines the coal combination and the best operation way that fits combustion, improves obviously the safety and economy and efficiency of boiler operation.
