ATP-MgCl_2对麻醉犬心脏血流动力学的影响

摘要 结扎麻醉开胸犬左冠状动脉前降支后ivATP_MgCl_2,能使心率减慢,降低动脉血压和左心室内压,增加冠脉血流量,减少心肌耗氧量,有利于保护缺血性心肌。按综合法求得的ATP-MgCl_2,对小白鼠尾静脉注射的LD_(50)及其95%可信限为312±33μmol/kg。 After ligating left anterior descending coronary artery, the effects of ATP-MgCl_2 on cardiac hemodynamics in 26 anesthetized, open-chest dogs were studied. It was found that iv ATP-MgCl_2 100 mol /Kg,after 5 min of administration, the myocardial oxygen consumption decreased 14±8% ,coronary blood flow increased 22±10%. The changes were more obvious than that in the group of saline. LD_50 of ATP-MgCl_2 on mice was 312±33 μmol/Kg(iv).
