摘要
用原子吸收分光光度仪测定将ATP-MgCl_2溶灌注到缺血缺氧心脏前后心肌线粒体内钾、钠、钙、镁离子的浓度。结果表明,对照组内各时间组之间有显著差异(P<0.01或P<0.05),而给药组内各时间组之间无显著差异(P>0.05),这说明在单纯缺血缺氧状态下,心肌细胞受到损伤,控制离子转运能力随之下降;当给予ATP-MgCl_2时,由于提高了线粒体内ATP水平,控制离子转运能力得以提高。所以认为,ATP-MgCl_2具有心肌保护作用,其作用基点在线粒体上。
The contents of K^+, Nz^+, Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) in the myocardial mitochondria of rats with experimental ischemia-hypoxia before and after reperfusion by ATP-MgCl_2, an energic phar maceutics, are determind respectively with atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The experimental results indicate that the contents of four ions differ between all the time-groups of the controls(P<0.01,or P<0.05), whereas there are no difference between the time-groups of the pharmaceutics-groups (P>0.05), which show clearly that exogenous energic pharma ceutics ATP-MgCl_2 has a regulating and a controlling effect on the change of the ions concentration in the myocardial mitochondria of rats with ischemia-hypoxia. It, thus, show to some extent that exogenous ATP-MgCl_2 has a protective effect on the process of the cellular energy metobolism of the myocardium with ischemia-hypoxia.
