摘要
ivATP-MgCl_2能够显著减少麻醉犬冠状动脉闭塞后心外膜心电图的N-ST,降低Σ-ST,说明ATP-MgCl_2能缩小心肌梗塞的范围,减轻心肌缺血的程度,对缺血性心肌有保护作用。
After ligating left anterior descending coronary artery, the effects of ATP-MgCl_2 on epicardial electrocardiogram in 46 anesthetized, open-chest dogs were studied. It was found that iv ATP-MgCl_2 50 and 100 μmol/kg reduced the N-ST(number of sites of ST-segment elevation ≥2 mv) and ∑-ST (summation of ST-segment elevation) of epicardial electrocardiogram. The results show that the ATPMgCl_2 have a good protective action to ischemic myocardium.
